Job Qualification

**Required Documents (to be submitted before start date)**:

- Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
- Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Updated Immunization Records, First Aid & CPR/BLS
- Current Police Check vulnerable sector Screening; valid within 6 months
- Step 1 and 2 TB Screening.
