As a Patient Advisor & Facility Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our patients. As the first point of contact, your exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills will shine. If you are organized, accurate, and portray a welcoming and professional demeanor, we want you to join our team.

- Can work independently with mínimal supervision
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build rapport by providing accurate information in a timely manner
- Coordinate appointments between patients and clinicians
- Accurately update patient records in HubSpot and Juvonno
- Provide back-up support to other Patient Advisors and Facility Coordinators
**What You Bring**:
- Minimum University graduate in business, health sciences, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of medical administrative experience preferred
- Experience working with robust CRMs and/or Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills
- Proficient in advanced MS Office software and customer service-related technical platforms
