Bingo Caller

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Caller. As a Caller, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people and has strong leadership skills.

**Duties**:

- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about our products or services
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist customers with placing orders or scheduling appointments
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or complaints
- Supervise and train new callers as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Leadership qualities to supervise and train new callers

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
