As a Roll off Driver, you are responsible for waste and recycling collection services for various businesses. You will ensure that waste and recycling is safely transported and disposed of at designated recycling facilities or landfills. Some of the bins need to be pulled out of enclosures to the truck so if you are looking for a physical job, this might be right for you You will be trained in our other lines of business to help when coverage is needed and provide you with experience on all of our trucks.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Safe operation of vehicles.
- Daily inspection of Trucks and accurate completion of related paperwork.

**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Class 3 driver’s license (Newly licensed drivers welcome to apply).
- Clean CVOR and Abstract.
- Roll Off Driving experience an asset.
- Equipment Operation (i.e., Forklift) experience an asset.
- 2-3 years of Class 3 driving experience preferred.

**Duties**:

- Operation of Front-end, Roll-Off, or Side-Load waste and recycling collection equipment as a full-time operator, training on equipment is provided.
- Coordination with fellow operators and employees within other departments to ensure maximum efficiency in daily operations.
- Equipment maintenance, container maintenance, buildings and facilities work, and other duties as requested, when additional drivers aren’t required.
- Adherence to company, and customer, site safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Class 3A license required (1A preferred) with acceptable abstract.
- Working knowledge of North Battleford and surrounding area.
- Experience driving in city traffic and rural roads.
- Able to work both in a team environment and unsupervised.
- Excellent logístical and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills.
- **A criminal record check will be required.**
