_We are looking for an experienced Interior Design CAD Technician to join our team immediately._
- In this role, you will support the team with:_
- Production drawings and assist with design using your proficiency in ArchiCAD (Revit/VectorWorks - Mac Based). an in-depth understanding of custom millwork and interior building code standards._
- _Translate preliminary conceptual drawings into full working construction drawings including coordinating with Consultants_
- _Review shop drawings including issuing RFI's_
- Report to the Principal and Senior Interior Designer_
- Developing innovative design concepts which are practical, aesthetic, safe and conducive to intended purposes and functions which are reflective of client goals and within project budget. _
- Confirm that space plans and designs concept are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet all public health, safety and welfare requirements, including code, accessibility, environmental, and sustainability guidelines_
- This position offers an opportunity to develop high quality working drawing experience and be responsible for managing our CAD systems and templates within a high-profile boutique firm._
- Qualifications You'll need to have: _
- Completed a Degree in Interior Design from an accredited Interior Design program; preferred._
- Bachelor of Master’s Degree in Architecture or Technology in Architectural Science_
- Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology_
- 3+ years local experience with Medium to Large scale projects_
- Proficiency in CAD -Mac Based _
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Sketch Up _
- _Fluent in English with good communication and written skills_
- Great organizational skills _
- Work Location: Full Time in Office with Benefits_

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
