**Responsibilities-**

Work with the other members of our management team to maintain our high standards of Customer Service, Food Quality and Visual presentation.

**Skills-**

Lead by example

Project a positive image to our customers

Give our customers exceptional service

Check our customers through quickly and accurately using our POS

Safely prepare Fresh Food products

Maintain a clean, safe and tidy retail and work area for everyone

Lift heavy products(60/70lbs)

Hustle all day

Motivate your team members

Ensure smooth daily business operations

Coach new and existing team members on customer service and operational policies

Be "cool under pressure"

Have a keen eye for detail

**Flexibility is Critical-**

Your shift if not over until the job is finished

Must be willing to rearrange your personal life to help when needed

**Experience-**

At least 3 years of management experience is necessary

Managing a team of at least 6 people is necessary

Experience in the food industry and retail produce is a great asset, but not necessary

**Personal Traits-**

You must be open-minded

Out going

You can see the needs of others

Funny

**Compensation-**

Depends on what you have to offer

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
