**The Team**
As part of this niche but established Interjurisdictional Support Services team, you'll work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders, including BC courts, lawyers, and national/international authorities to find innovative solutions in an ever-changing environment. Our supportive culture fosters relationships, both, in and out of the team to effectively assist families in securing financial supports needed for children’s best interests.

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Completion of two years of post-secondary education or higher in a relevant field such as social sciences, business administration, law, policy, or a related area of study, and a minimum of two years of directly related experience

OR
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and a minimum of three years of directly related experience may be considered

DIRECTLY RELATED EXPERIENCES MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience providing services to individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing various barriers or challenges
- Experience managing a high-volume, complex caseload, including overseeing files from initiation to resolution and handling independent case management responsibilities

PREFERENCE MAY BE GIVEN TO APPLICANTS WHO DEMONSTRATE THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience in court processes and relevant legislation was gained through progressively responsible roles
- Experience with administrative court procedures
- A higher number of years in directly related positions
- Experience with the Federal Child Support Guidelines
- Experience working with provincial and federal family law legislation
- Experience working within the BC family justice system
- Experience supporting families undergoing divorce or separation
- Experience in training others and developing business processes
