**About Us**:
École Montessori is a Francophone Montessori school dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of children through the Montessori philosophy. We emphasize independence, creativity, and a lifelong love of learning. We are looking for a Montessori MACTE Certified Teacher Trainer to support our teaching staff in implementing the Montessori method effectively in the classroom.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Teacher Training & Support**:

- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to teachers in the implementation of the Montessori method.
- Lead professional development sessions and workshops on Montessori education for teaching staff.
- Observe classroom environments and offer constructive feedback to teachers to enhance their practices.
- Assist teachers in creating and maintaining a Montessori-prepared environment.

**Student Observation & Development**:

- Conduct regular observations of students to assess their developmental and academic progress.
- Collaborate with teachers to create individualized learning plans and next steps for student growth.
- Provide support for students who may need additional assistance or enrichment in their learning journey.

**Curriculum & Academic Planning**:

- Work with teachers to align Montessori principles with academic goals and milestones.
- Help in curating and adapting Montessori materials for the specific needs of students and classrooms.

**Communication & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with school administration to align Montessori practices with overall school objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication between teachers, parents, and administration regarding student progress and Montessori methodology.

**Qualifications**:

- Montessori MACTE Certification (required)
- Proven experience as a Montessori teacher or trainer, with a strong understanding of Montessori pedagogy.
- Ability to mentor and train teachers in Montessori practices.
- Strong observational skills to assess student progress and develop individualized learning plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school administration.
- French language skills(Preferred but not required).
