Quality Inspector
Under mínimal supervision, performs a wide variety of inspections, checks and tests for quality control for the manufacturing of products. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under mínimal supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Responsible for accepting, rejecting and ordering rework of the item.
Location: Edmonton, AB
Your Challenge:

- Performs inspections of components, parts, raw materials, and material test reports to ensure compliance with the company standards.
- Perform first offs and process inspection of machined parts and components.
- Perform parts dimensional inspection for compliance to design specifications.

Your Expertise:

- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Machining and CMM experience are an asset.
- HS diploma or equivalent is required.
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical/Trade school accreditation is preferred.
- Valve manufacturing experience is preferred.
