Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure Safety: Monitor and patrol the premises

2. Customer Service: Greet patrons with a friendly demeanor and assist them as needed. Maintain a professional and approachable presence to enhance the overall customer experience.

3. ID Verification: Verify the age of patrons entering the establishment and enforce age restrictions as per legal requirements.

4. Crowd Control: Manage crowd flow and behavior during peak hours, ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all guests.

5. Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts or disturbances calmly and professionally, de-escalating situations as necessary. Work collaboratively with staff to resolve any issues that arise.

7. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and decisively in the event of an emergency, following established protocols and procedures to ensure the safety of all individuals on-site.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Ontario security license.
- Minimum age of 19 years old.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Physical fitness to stand and patrol for extended periods.
- Must own a suit.

Additional Information:

- Shifts every weekend, Friday & Saturday
- Prior experience in security or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Training and development opportunities provided.

Pay: From $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
