Garden Server

Vintage Hotels is currently seeking a Garden Server to join our Outpost team

**What you'll be doing**:

- Stock the Outpost with supplies required to serve meals and/or drinks as required throughout the shift.
- Ensure the Outpost area and equipment is clean and set up with appropriate menus, snacks and promotions as required.
- Take Guest’s orders and through the input of information into the Point of Sales System, provides it to the Bartender and/or Kitchen.
- Deliver food and drinks in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Create check, collect payment, and settle transactions following standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for cash floats and deposits.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 2-3 years previous experience within a similar role
- Reliable transportation to Niagara on the Lake
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to upsell
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
- Smart Serve
