We are looking to hire an outgoing person for our jewellery store and our bead store We would like someone who is flexible to be able to work in both of our stores.

At World of Jewellery, we sell gold and silver jewellery with semi and semi precious stones. We do jewellery and watch repairs as well.

At Beads R Us, we sell all kinds of beads and gemstones for jewellery making. As well as all the supplies needed to make your own jewellery. We also have a selection of raw gemstones that are for sale. Every month we do feature a class with someone coming in to teach a new skill.

Job Description:

- Working with the public instore
- Answering telephones
- Working on the computer
- Organizing inventory
- Cleaning/tidying showcases
- Willing to work with others, as well as alone
- Dealing with cash/debit/credit
- Dealing jewellery and beads
- Dealing with raw gemstones

Qualifications:

- Grade 12 graduate
- Cell phone/Home phone (verifiable phone #)
- Outgoing personality
- Comfortable speaking to customers
- Comfortable answering the telephone
- Must have basic computer skills
- Knowledge of beads and stones would be an asset

If you have some Jewellery making experience, it is an asset to this job

We are open Tuesday thru Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm. We will never be open Sunday's or holiday's.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

- French not required

- 8 hour shift

COVID-19 considerations:
Due to health regulations, Masks are not required in our store but you are welcome to wear one. We offer hand sanitizer and wash surfaces many times throughout the day
