**Job Summary**
The CPAP Consultant will assume the primary role in providing clinical services in the office and developing awareness of our services in the community. The CPAP Consultant will educate and provide quality services to our current, and newly referred patients. This includes education on sleep apnea and CPAP therapy, equipment set-ups, follow-up service to ensure equipment performance and client compliance, documentation, and sales.
**Key Responsibilities**
Clinical Duties:
- Conducts appointments and set-up of all necessary CPAP equipment
- Provide ongoing support to clients and assist with mask fittings and in office/ store duties
- Evaluates clients’ needs by reviewing data reports, identifying discrepancies and determining the most appropriate treatment plans in consultation with physicians
- Problem solving by identifying and assessing individual client needs and taking appropriate action to satisfy those needs
- Provide excellent customer service in a professional and compassionate manner
- Demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients
- Ensures operation of all CPAP equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements
- Prepares the appropriate funding documents and maintains knowledge of funding systems and ensure clients and their family members have a thorough understanding of the funding process
Administration Duties:
- Perform follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records in electronic format
- Assist with scheduling client appointments
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Assist the finance manager with A/R reports and follow up with outstanding payments
**Experience**
- Must have strong organizational and communication skills
- Must have a strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with providing CPAP therapy education is an asset
- Graduates from an accredited Respiratory Therapy, Nursing. RPSGT, PSW program are encouraged to apply
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Fluent in English. Second language is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
