**Overview**

**The Role**:

- We are currently seeking a Merchandising Lead Hand who is passionate about improving the consumer buying experience through execution of flawless merchandising standards through rotating and re-stocking products into shelves, racks, and displays.
The Merchandising Lead Hand is responsible for supporting a team of frontline employees to merchandise orders to key customers in a fast-paced direct store delivery environment.

**Compensation**:

- ** $19.54** per hour with full-time hours and overtime opportunities
- ** $1.50 **per hour **Shift Premium**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage multiple priorities while allocating resources between account
- Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meeting delivery goals
- Act as the go-to contact for merchandising for HRM
- Train frontline employees and utilize PBC processes and tools
- Help employees prioritize the work and promote teamwork
- Support the Service Manager with supervising daily operations, delegating tasks and monitoring progress

**Qualifications**

**Who’s a good fit for the team?**
- A minimum of 1 year in a merchandising and/or management role
- You have a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma or Equivalence
- You hold a valid **Class 5 License** and have access to your own vehicle
- You’re physically fit (lifting large items up to 50 lbs. is part of the job)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings and weekends
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically
- This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in Canada
