**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide guidance and knowledge about powersports vehicles, accessories, and services
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences
- Conduct product demonstrations and highlight the features and benefits of various powersports vehicles
- Negotiate pricing, sales terms, and finalize sales agreements
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and industry regulations

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience (automotive, recreational vehicles, or powersports preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Deep passion and knowledge about powersports vehicles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
