Scarborough, Canada Accuenergy (Canada) Inc. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Data Migration
- Collaborates with Accuenergy ERP development team for data migration.
- Oversees data quality, implementing data governance practices to ensure accuracy and accessibility for analysis.
- Involves tasks like data cleansing, identifying, and resolving inconsistencies, and developing data standards.

2. Data Analysis and Modeling - uses statistical methods to find patterns and trends and developing data models to support business needs.

3. Data Reporting and Visualization
- creates data reports and visualizations via Power BI or other tools to support business operation.

4. Requirements Gathering - Works with project manager and stakeholders across departments to coordinate and elicit the specific needs and pain points to define the functionalities required in the new ERP system.

5. Data Quality Management-Monitors and ensures the accuracy and integrity of data in the ERP system. Addresses any data issues that arise and works on improving data quality and consistency.

6. Post-Implementation Support: You will be involved in coordinating and monitoring system performance, addressing user issues, managing master data, and ensuring the ERP system continues to meet the evolving needs of the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Expert in Power BI, Dataflows, Power Query and Excel Reporting.
- Knowledge of data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Experience in ERP (Microsoft Dynamics BC, SAP, or NetSuite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s or Associate Degrees in Business or computer science.
