We are currently seeking knowledgeable and motivated Canada Immigration Consultants/Advisors to join our team. As a Canada Immigration assistant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their immigration journey, providing expert advice and guidance.

**Responsibilities**:
Client Consultation and Assessment:

- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their eligibility and immigration options for Canada.
- Analyze clients' profiles, including education, work experience, and language proficiency, to determine the most suitable immigration programs.

Application Preparation and Documentation:

- Gather required supporting documents and ensure they meet the specified criteria.
- Review and verify client documentation for completeness and compliance with Canadian immigration regulations.

Immigration Program Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build strong and trusting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the immigration process.
- Address client inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and guidance.

Sales and Lead Generation:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify potential clients interested in immigrating to Canada.
- Participate in lead generation activities, such as attending events, networking, and engaging with potential clients through various channels.
- Convert leads into clients by effectively communicating the value of our services and assisting them in making informed decisions.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Collaboration and Teamwork:

- Work closely with other immigration advisors, consultants, and administrative staff to deliver seamless client experiences and ensure efficient operations.
- Provide support and assistance to colleagues when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience as a Canada Immigration Advisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of Canadian immigration programs and processes.
- In-depth knowledge of Canadian immigration laws, regulations, and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to assess client profiles and determine the best immigration options.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using immigration software and databases.
- Professionalism and ethical conduct in handling confidential client information.
- Fluency in multiple languages is an asset.
- Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Counseling: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
