**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
Perform loading dock duties to ensure safe and efficient access at all times. Conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs on a timely manner in order to maintain exceptional tenant experience and
Best-in-Class site standards.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide necessary guidance and assistance to ensure safe and efficient deliveries, garbage bin drop off and pick up, and tenant move in and out. Ability to maintain logs and file necessary documents such as packing slips and work tickets.
- Provide assistance to customers and tenants as required. Address tenant inquiries in regards to maintenance and loading dock access.
- Assist and coordinate with contractors.
- Loading / unloading supplies and set-up seasonal displays and equipment.
- General cleaning duties; sweeping, painting, mopping, garbage removal, etc.
- Maintain and inspect interior and exterior to ensure cleanliness and clear from any hazards.
- Inspections of property, machinery, doors, drains, elevators, and lighting.
- Responsible for ensuring a safe working environment and adherence to Health and Safety obligations including wearing proper PPE. Conduct safety inspections and follow reporting protocol.
- Perform minor repairs and seasonal maintenance duties.
- Ensure supplies are stocked and available.
- Other duties / projects as required.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- 6 months of previous relevant work experience.
- Customer-service oriented with ability to field questions promptly and professionally.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to operate machinery in a safe and responsible manner.
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move objects and materials weighing 50 lbs.
- Familiarity and adherence to safe work practices.
- Experience with fixing minor repairs (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc).
- Ability to prioritize and schedule work to meet demands.
- Basic computer and mobile device skills.
