**We are looking for an experienced and dynamic individual for the role of Process Support Specialist to join our Administration Team The ultimate goal is ensuring the projects are completed within the restraints of time, quality, & budget. Ideally, you have 2-4 years' experience in this field. This position will require high cooperation with internal teams. This is a great opportunity to gain experience and grow within a growing company. If you like to work in a fast-paced environment and qualify our requirements, we would like to hear from you.**
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Implementing a system change
- Gathers necessary resources and communicates progress to team members
- Process documentation: Writes & organizes project documents
- Dealing with internal and external stakeholders' enquiries and feedback
- Working with stakeholders to address their concern and align with strategic concerns
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
**What We're Looking For**:
- A degree in business management, business administration or a related field.
- Project management skills, prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role.
- Attention to detail
- Good with technology, best if knowing SQL and programing languages
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets
- Scrum management
