**Support Worker**

**SCE LifeWorks** supports adults who have intellectual disabilities to work and participate in the community. SCE LifeWorks has two full time openings in our Individualized Support Services.

**SCE LifeWorks** is seeking an Individualized Support Worker to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, providing one-to-one support for a lady who lives with an intellectual disability.

**Job Details**:

- Job duties include supporting this person with her paid employment and also her volunteer work, exercising at the local gym, and recreational activities.
- A vehicle is required for this position. MIleage is reimbursed at.46 per km.
- The starting rate is $18.67 per hour. In this position, the staff works 7 hours and is paid for 8 hours per day.
- Training is provided.

**SCE LifeWorks** is seeking an Individualized Support Worker for 37 hours per week supporting two gentlemen in the community. Shifts are Monday to Friday starting at 8:30 am. Two shifts end at 2:30 pm and three shifts end at 3:30 pm.

**Job Details**:

- Job duties include supporting these gentlemen to complete exercise and physiotherapy routines, as well as community based recreational activities.
- A vehicle is required for this position. MIleage is reimbursed at.46 per km.
- The starting rate is $18.67 per hour. In this position, the staff works 7 hours and is paid for 8 hours per day three days per week. For the shorter shifts ending at 2:30 pm, staff works 6 hours and is paid for 6.5 hours.
- Training is provided.

In this second position, the staff person must be physically able/willing to learn to cross-country ski and bike ride.
