Immigration Caseworker/admin

Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of clients and provide support and guidance throughout their case
- Conduct thorough assessments to determine client needs and develop appropriate action plans
- File necessary paperwork and maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Present cases to supervisors or review boards for evaluation and decision-making
- Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all required documentation is procured and filed appropriately
- Negotiate with external agencies, service providers, and other stakeholders on behalf of clients
**Skills**:
- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of multiple cases and associated paperwork
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret information to make informed decisions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction
- Proficient in using computer software for data entry, record keeping, and report generation

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
