If you are seeking a job where you have important responsibilities, this one is for you We are looking for a **Full-Time** Security Guard to work at one of our Commercial sites in **Winnipeg, MB.** As a security guard in the Commercial setting, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of Clients for some of the biggest brands out there

**What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?**:

- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Assist site staff and visitors to ensure safe and secure environment.
- Record all events in the Logbook
- Respond to incident for Tenants if required
- Deter criminal activity
- Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and adhering to security procedures
- Site patrol, locking and unlocking building, investigating and reporting incidents and hazards.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
- Take actions during emergency situations as per Garda world and USB protocols
- Performing environmental checks - water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises e.t.c
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service.

**Qualification to become a Security guard in Winnipeg ?**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to work day shifts
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
