As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Autobody Technician to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Washing is required on dirty equipment.
- Work with paint staff to insure all repairs are completed.
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper protective equipment during the process.
- Inspect prepared surfaces to ensure they meet quality standards and make any necessary fixes.
- Keep work area clean and organized, ensuring that tools and equipment are properly maintained.
- Can assess jobs and follow timelines with accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Autobody Refinish Technician.
- In-depth knowledge of surface preparation and masking techniques.
- Proficiency in using various sanding equipment and tools.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Certification or formal training in automotive preparation is a plus.
- Must have tools to be able to complete job. Specialty tools will be supplied.
- 3+ Years of Autobody experience

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- auto body repair: 3 years (preferred)
- Automotive Painting: 3 years (required)

- English (required)
