Seeking a building **Superintendent **for 20 apartment units and 60 townhouse units in Oshawa, part of Block 1:

- Beatrice Woods, 570/580 Beatrice Street East, Oshawa - 80 units
- Some coverage at other DRNPHC sites will be required

$34,790.00 annual rate as of April 1, 2023

Unionized position - CUPE 1764-03, Block 1, reports to the Property Manager

**Home Location: A unit is provided at Beatrice Woods, 570/580 Beatrice Street East, Oshawa.**

**Includes vacation, benefits, pension**

**JOB PROFILE**:
The Building Superintendent should possess the knowledge and ability to perform janitorial and building maintenance, support tenants, and do repairs based on experience in various building trades such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, painting and/or carpentry. This is a live-in position. The Superintendent currently works Monday to Friday and every 3rd weekend, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights off.

**Salary**: $34,790.00 per year
