We are seeking creative, dynamic, and committed

teachers to join our team at Emily Carr Middle School.

Emily Carr Middle School's mission, as a school, is to provide a quality education to each adolescent learner in a positive and caring environment by developing skills in the areas of emotional, social, physical and intellectual growth. We acknowledge and celebrate the unique needs of the adolescent learner. We incorporate ‘A Community of Character’ into all aspects of our school life.

Eligibility List

**Qualifications**:
Required OCT Divisional Qualifications: Junior and Intermediate

Required OCT Additional Qualifications: English as a Second Language / TELL

Additional Requirements (experience, knowledge, education,) considered an asset for the Position: Special Education

Additional Information:

- Small group instruction for English and Math, then support ELD students in the integrated environment for half the day.
- School is open concept. The ELS class has a separate room.
- LTO likely to be extended.
