Moldmaker Leader

Work with Program management to create work orders
- Delegate workload to the shop floor and mold making
- Lead the Mold makers and ensure work is executed efficiently
- Sit in and participate in Design reviews
- Organize new builds and assign a leader to each job
- Coordinate all service calls and ensure customer expectations are being met
- Coordinate trucking
- Assist on the shop floor as required with hands on mold making
- Produce nightshift lineups and supply them to the team
- Review all work orders prior to shipment to ensure all work is completed correctly and all checklists have been populated / signed off
- Conduct interviews with potential new hires for all shop floor related positions
- Maintain and request shop supply orders as required
- Manage and line up all shop floor employees regarding their day-to-day duties including Mold makers, spotters, Maintenance, and janitorial staff
- Interact with customers pertaining to jobs. Line ups, expectations, and the overall running of the shop floor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
