**Guest Services Representative**

The Guest Services Representative will act as a “brand ambassador” for the **Willowbrook Shopping Centre**, enthusiastically promoting the Centre, its stores, programs, and services.

**As a **Guest Services Representative, **You Will**:

- Actively updating concierge team with important Shopping Centre information such as sales, hiring, and daily stats.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the Centre's services, stores and locations and providing directions to guests to create memorable customer interactions and finding ways to exceed the expectation of each guest interaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with retailers and going above and beyond to assist their needs.
- Comply with lost and found and wheelchair/stroller sign in-out procedures.
- Support on the gift card program including handling cash, credit and Interact payment, reconciling receipts, and doing the end of day reports.
- Provide gift wrapping for customers and assist with other related duties.
- Act as Roaming Ambassador.

**Your Background**:

- Experience in a similar position with exceptional customer service skills
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule and with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a part time basis
