**Are you passionate about project management and have a passion for technology?
We are looking for a **Project Coordinator **who is passionate about delivering on large and complex projects to support the **Calgary Branch** for a** 6-month contract position**. In this role, you will be supporting the delivery of a project for a specific client. You enjoy building relationships with your colleagues, stakeholders, and project teams. You have an analytical mind and are a creative problem solver.

**A Day in the Life**:

- Manage project communications amongst all stakeholders
- Coordinate various project tasks
- Manage project financials, billable hours, and reporting
- Manage scope, risk, and issues
- Work closely with client groups to understand business requirements and client expectations
- Manage and coordinate onboarding of capital resources
- Providing administrative support as needed

**What You Bring**:

- 3+ years of project analyst and/or coordination experience in a large, complex environment
- Experience with budgeting, governance, and meeting coordination
- Experience developing and maintaining all project documentation including schedules, status reports, budgets, resource plans, and SharePoint sites
- Excellent consulting and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in fast-paced environments and outstanding time management skills
- Ability and willingness to facilitate issue resolution, change management, risk management, quality/scope management, and project decisions as directed by the Project Manager
