As a GM and Leadership Coach, you will directly oversee your home store while supporting regional managers in driving profitability and store performance across JAK’s by developing future leaders and optimizing retail operations across the stores you are assigned to. In your role, you will be matched with new leaders and train and mentor them to maximize the utilization of resources and talent. Your experience in successfully operating your store will be leveraged to develop current and future leaders through coaching, training and problem-solving. You will leverage specified areas of expertise to address business needs or opportunities on a project basis (rocks), as assigned.

As a GM & Leadership Coach, you will be instrumental in developing leadership potential. You will define, model, coach and inspire the JAK’s culture. You will increase the optimization of SOPs across stores through consistency in training standards.

You will collaborate with DOS, COO, HR, Procurement) to discuss wins and learnings from your special projects through quarterly meetings.

Required Skills & Experience
- You have proven your ability to run a successful JAK’s store
- You are a natural leader and coach
- You’ve spent time establishing relationships with Managers and Directors and are comfortable learning new ways to position strategies to senior leadership.
- You have demonstrated the ability to resolve HR, sales and operational issues through collaboration, teamwork and effective communication.
- You have demonstrated the ability to establish a healthy work culture and address issues quickly and effectively, thereby minimizing the need for crisis management.
- Your ability to drive sales and engagement in your stores is well known.

- You are fully immersed in the store when acting as a coach. Act as a store expert in the day-to-day operations and lead the new manger to develop the confidence to lead their store in all aspects.
