**The Role**

As a Graphic Designer, you will use your keen eye for aesthetic and strengths in design to complete tailored on-brand marketing materials, providing graphic production support to the creative marketing team to ensure graphics design requests are performed accurately and efficiently.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Produce and coordinate the graphic and branded output for American Tall
- Execute production-based creative requests for web (i.e. digital marketing)
- Develop graphics for website landing pages, category pages, and product pages.
- Deliver on creative requests, process and timelines. Ensuring that all design requests flow through a clear process and there are clear lines of communication for feedback and creative direction.
- Produce graphic assets organizing and ensuring files are up to date and accurate. Ensure files can be independently navigated
- Concept creative for promotions/features and execute production with the Creative Director and Art Department
- Collaborate with other team members to produce unique design solutions that reinforce brand identity
- Direct and be accountable for the final development and production of visual creative assets
- Prepare files and digital assets for production.
- Maintain and organize digital image archive.
- Produce templates for graphic layouts in collaboration with the design team.
- Generate an electronic layout by assembling the digital elements of the document.
- Ensure the project is created to specification and produce proofs for approval.

**Experience, Education & Designations**:

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in graphic design
- 2-3 years’ experience in graphic design or related role

**Knowledge, Skills & Attributes**:

- Previous experience working with an apparel and/or e-commerce brand is essential
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with print and digital production and file preparation
- Strong communication and organization skills with the ability to manage timelines
- Highly organized with a creative keen eye for aesthetic and detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Energetic, motivated, positive attitude
- Able to give and receive constructive feedback
- Please include a portfolio showcasing relevant design experience
