We are looking to hire a full-time **Billing associate for** our Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec terminal. The Billing Associate is responsible purpose is to provide accurate information for invoicing purposes along with auditing of customer’s invoices. _NB: This role embodies an exceptional career opportunity for a person familiar with the transportation industry._

**Duries & Responsibilities**
- Attention to detail.
- Bill accounts with accurate data entry.
- Knowledge of transportation bills of lading and terminology.
- Knowledge of client database.
- Auditing invoices to confirm all information has been captured.
- Assist other members of the team as needed.
- Other Projects as assigned.

**Position**
- Previous experience in the transportation industry, or a related administrative role is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills.
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingualism is required: French and English.
- Ability to multi-task.

**Principales responsabilités**:
Nous cherchons à embaucher un **Associé à la facturation** à temps plein pour notre terminal de Vaudreuil-Dorion, Québec. L’associé à la facturation a pour objectif de fournir des informations précises à des fins de facturation ainsi que la vérification des factures des clients. NB : Ce rôle incarne une opportunité de carrière exceptionnelle pour une personne familière avec l'industrie du transport.

**Qualifications**:

- Attention au détail.
- Facturez les comptes avec une saisie de données précise.
- Connaissance des connaissements de transport et de la terminologie.
- Connaissance de la base de données clients.
- Vérification des factures pour confirmer que toutes les informations ont été capturées.
- Aider les autres membres de l'équipe au besoin.
- Autres projets assignés.

**Position**:

- Une expérience antérieure dans l'industrie du transport ou dans un rôle administratif connexe est préférable.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication interpersonnelle et écrite.
- capacité à établir et entretenir des relations de travail efficaces avec les autres.
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide.
- Le bilinguisme est requis : français et anglais.
