We are a small full service Insulation & fire proofing business in the lower Mainland since 2008. We pride ourselves on the ability to service our clients effectively and efficiently. We are expanding our team to include an Operations Manager & Onsite Foreman.

Acting as the direct Supervisor to employees in the Installation Department, your responsibilities will include:

- Provide training and support to junior workers,
- Coordinate daily work assignments with crews
- Manage overall operations of crew job completion, quality and cleanliness on site
- Liaise with on-site superintendents’, safety officers and other trades as needed
- Communicating effectively with your team, including;
- Conducting toolbox/safety meetings
- Review and coordinate daily paperwork with the office
- Completing performance evaluations
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns
- Carry out responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
- Provide a positive learning environment for employees to foster successful development
- a superior working knowledge of the B C Building Codes and passive house build technology
- 5+ years’ insulation/firestopping experience
- have managed crews installing insulation and firestop materials,
- Completion of secondary school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to safely work at heights
- An ability to read and understand blueprints
- Can perform physical activities on a regular basis ie, install insulation
- Delegate work assignments; matching the responsibility to the person
- Analyze information and evaluate problems
- Looks for ways to improve and promote quality;
- demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness
- Can clearly communication with supervisors, co-workers and clients
- Safely operates vehicles, mechanical devices or equipment

**Salary**: $45,754.89-$66,697.11 per year
