**About your next** Challenge** as a **Technical Records & Configuration Management Analyst**:
As Technical Records and Configuration Management Analyst, your main responsibilities will include the receiving, entry and upkeep of the CC330 aircraft technical records in the ERKS (Electronic Record Keeping System). You will be responsible for managing aircraft configuration data and technical records while ensuring strict adherence to industry regulations and standards. Reporting to the Operations Manager for daily operations support, you will work closely with the maintenance and operational support teams to ensure records are accurate, digitized and traceable. You will be responsible to ensure all aircraft logs are entered in the ERKS in a timely and structured manner.

**What will you do**:
Provides administrative support to technical record section and overall maintenance organization in Ottawa. Validate daily schedules and paperwork completion. Carry out upload and updating of required documents as needed by policies or by various stakeholders.
- Responsible for managing CC330 aircraft maintenance logs including journey logs, certificates, delay reports, engine trends, work packs, and components received from vendors in the ERKS;
- Receive, digitize and upload incoming aircraft technical records into the ERKS;
- Oversee the creation, accuracy, timely maintenance, and organization of technical records for each aircraft;
- Regularly audit technical records to ensure accuracy and completeness;
- Assist in creating and managing the aircrafts configuration through its introduction, in-service activities and closeout;
- Actively participate in regulatory audits, inspections and investigations;
- Ensure accuracy between aircraft flow and journey logs;
- Physically collect, organize, register and archive CC330 fleet technical records;
- Record the completion (embodiment) of AD’ and SBs;
- Track the ultimate life on assemblies and subcomponents such as Engines, APUs, and Landing Gears, and update any maintenance or parts changes done during shop visits;
- Prepare and distribute time expiry reports and other reports for the support and maintenance team;
- Identify, participate and actively help implement process improvement initiatives;
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Experiences**:

- Professional or college diploma in administration or equivalent with a minimum of two (2) years or relevant experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent ability to learn, independent, results-oriented and problem solving, dynamic and innovative, team worker, good adaptability, stress tolerance;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Knowledge of Windows 10;
- Experience in an aerospace business environment, an asset;
- Knowledge of aircraft records and ERKS, an asset;
- Knowledge of Ramco, an asset;
- Bilingual (French/English), an asset;
- May participate in on-call support (24x7) rotation (if required).

**Eligibility Criteria (mandatory)**:

- Must be eligible for registration with the **Controlled Goods Program**;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada **“Reliability”** status and **Level 2 (Secret)** security clearance.
