Kelowna, Canada Trueline Moulding Group Inc Full time

Trueline Moulding is currently seeking a self-starter energetic **Inside sales** person to join our team. Trueline is a locally owned manufacturing company producing wood interior finishing products for new home construction in the Okanagan valley.

**Salary**: 45 to 55 per year

**Job description and responsibilities**:
As **Inside Sales** you will be responsible to perform a wide range of duties listed below including communicating with customers and staff members. Prepare accurate scopes of work and estimates for projects by gathering information and analyzing important metrics.

**Trueline is willing to train new personal that shows a desire to learn.**
- Estimate material and timeline as per respective work order.
- Prepare and estimate project costs and provide customer estimates.
- Estimate changes and review final reports to ensure accuracy and adjust where necessary.
- Working with staff members to coordinate orders and delivery of material.
- Coordinate with contractors.
- Follow up phone calls to customers.
- Walk in customers support and attention.
- Provide support to the outside sales staff.
- Insure orders are entered correctly.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Willing to strive and learn new skills.
- Detailed oriented with good organizational skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent numerical skills
- Must communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing.
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability.
- Strong negotiation and prioritizing skills.
- Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Construction industry back ground is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
