**Job Description**:

- Hybrid: This position will be located onsite three days per week between sites at either Markham or Oshawa Ontario. Travel will be on an as needed basis in this role. _

**What you will do**:

- Analyze Home Office Letters and code guidelines into BARS and OTDS incentive tables for retail incentive programs.
- Provide support and feedback for the implementation of retail incentives in OTDS.
- Manage the payments of finance and lease subvention to our financial partners.
- Liaise with Marketing Operations department to communicate strategies for incentive complexity reduction.
- Assist BARS Helpdesk with manual claim resolution and payment.
- Support GMCC Finance, VSM and District Managers through variety of ad hoc studies and requests.
- Participate in PRM and SOX initiatives and liaise with audit teams as required.
- Review incentive reject messages and action solutions.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw insights and make recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects/programs.
- Proven interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Commerce with major/concentration in Finance.
- MBA, CA or equivalent
