**We are currently recruiting for a Personal Support Worker for our male employer in his 50s, residing in the beautiful town of Port Moody. Although he is primarily self-reliant, he utilizes a wheelchair and requires support with bathing, grooming, ostomy care (training provided), cooking, housekeeping, and running errands. Our employer possesses a wonderful sense of humor, is highly sociable, and has a deep passion for sports, current events, and music.**

**Location**:

- Port Moody (Near Community Ventures Society)

**Shifts & Hours of Work**:

- Up to 3 days per week
- Flexible schedule
- 4 to 5 hour Morning Shifts
- 9 AM/10 AM start (but employer is flexible)

**Compensation**:

- $25.00 per hour

**Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to)**:

- Daily personal care such as showering, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Administering medication
- Assisting with wheelchair
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Range of motion exercises
- Support on outings via the Handy Dart if no driver's license

**Required Qualifications**:

- Caregiving experience is required
- Fully Vaccinated is required
- Driver’s License (Class 5) is preferred
- Must live in Tri-Cities area
- Willingness to be trained
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for cooking and willing to cook good meals

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
