The Bilingual Client Services Representative is integral to the success of the Service Deliveryteam, and to CAAT’s guiding mission and growth strategy. Acting as a front-line service provider, this role will be responsible for responding to member inquiries that can be diverse and complex in nature. As part of our Service Delivery team, they will provide accurate and timely information about the CAAT Plan benefits and provisions within established services standards, for members to make informed decisions.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A College Diploma or University Degree, with a minimum of three to five years of experience in Customer Service or the Financial Services industry, with a focus on a contact center environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken French.
- Basic knowledge of Canadian pension and tax legislation.
- Strong decision-making skills to handle a variety of questions from clients.
- Effective time management, with the ability to plan and prioritize workload.
- Exceptional communication skills for a business environment, both written and oral.
- Sound judgment, being a collaborative team player with attention to detail and logical thinking.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Flexibility in scheduling as required based on business requirements.

**Once here you will**:

- Provide accurate and timely information about the CAAT Plan benefits and provisions within established service standards for members to make informed decisions.
- Participate in projects as assigned.
- Function as an effective team player who participates in team meetings and events.
- Perform updates and assist Processing Analysts with various tasks and projects.
