**Transdev Canada is hiring a General Manager for our Abbotsford location**

**Your role**:

- Manages the operational delivery of conventional, community and custom transit services in the Fraser Valley by providing effective, safe and reliable services while effectively managing staff and resources.
- Liaison with client, BC Transit and local Municipal partners.
- Responsible to oversee location finances, budgeting, P&L, AP, AR, and payroll.

**Your profile**:

- You are safety focused and posses a great attention to detail.
- You posess a certificate in Operations Management, Human Resource Management or related discipline including cources in supervisory skills, labour relations, ect
- A combination education and experience may also be considered.
- You possess experience in managing in a unionized environment preferred
- You have the ability to work independently.
- You possess solid communication skills.
- You have strong multi-tasking and time management skills.

- This is a full-time permanent, non-unionized position.
