Provide outstanding customer service
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Greet and check in spa guests
- Assist with spa staff scheduling
- Have knowledge of of our spa services and products to to assist our guests
- Maintain reception area and spa through attention to detail
- Effectively communicate with management and staff throughout the day to ensure guest satisfaction
Must be available to work day, evening and weekend shifts.
Experience in a similar industry (spa, hair, salon, retail) is an asset
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-30 per week
**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
Day range:
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Shift:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
**Experience**:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Work Location: One location
