At Sunrise, our Concierge is responsible for providing excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors into the Sunrise community. The Concierge will be greeting potential residents, families, visitors, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages. The Concierge provides an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts.

**Responsibilities**:
**Long Term Care Social Greeter (Present to until the end of the Provincial Covid Grant)**

**Hourly Wage $21.50 per hour (Wage Levelling not applicable for these positions)**

**Position 1***: Temp Full Time Social Greeter (Benefits Eligible)**

**Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 6:30 pm**

**Position 2***: Temp Full Time Social Greeter**

**Friday & Saturday 7:30am to 4pm / Sunday & Monday 10am to 6:30 pm**

**Also Hiring for On Call Positions.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure knowledge of current Provincial Health Orders and policies / procedures
- Supporting and interacting with residents and families
- Ensure adequate PPE supplies are available and restocked.
- Follows direction and criteria for providing personal protective equipment to visitors
- Other related tasks as assigned.

**Skills and Abilities**
- Grade 12 and one year recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service role is also required, having demonstrated excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
- Experience in working with Seniors
- Good communication skills
