Bookkeeper

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Perform account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Process source deduction and GST remittances
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage 50 for financial transactions
- Full cycle bookkeeping
- A/R aging analysis
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices
- Familiarity with Sage and other accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- DCS / DEC (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sage 50: 2 years (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 4 years (preferred)
