**Requirements**:
The primary duties of the Supervisor are to train (according to company standards), supervise, and assist employees engaged in the service of food and beverage for the Restaurant, Lounge, and Café.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 2 years of progressive experience in a restaurant & hotel required
- 2+ years of bar experience
- Sprits & wine knowledge strongly preferred
- Previous restaurant service experience required
- Marketing/Sales experience preferred
- High School diploma preferred
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
- Long hours sometimes required.
- Thorough knowledge of outlet procedures and serving standards.

**DUTIES & FUNCTIONS**:

- Hold pre-meal meetings, and check staffing and menus prior to meal periods.
- Ordering & inventory support
- Cocktail & menu creation
- Working closely with the bar manager & team to consistently elevate the Guests' cocktail experience
- Make sure all required equipment is available for events.
- Give job tasks to servers and assign stations.
- Responsible for the requisition and return of liquor, wine, beer, etc.
- Communicate with kitchen.
- Supervise service of outlet.
- Check on ongoing flow throughout assigned shift.
- Assist servers throughout. Supervise clean-up.
- Prepare Supervisor's reports. Daily staffing checks
- Interviewing, training and scheduling.
- Basic computer knowledge. (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge of all hotel policies. 100% commitment to the department and hotel.
- Accountability
- Maintain cleanliness of outlet areas.
