The club steward’s job is a vital one to the successful operation of the Beach Grove Golf Club. This position is directly responsible for the upkeep of the clubhouse on a day-to-day basis with the highest priority given to locker room maintenance and cleanliness. The club relies on stewards to keep the clubhouse and surrounding area in pristine condition. The club steward should take the initiative and pride in their workplace to ensure that the high standards of service are continually met.

Club Stewards must always present themselves in a well-groomed and polite manner. Always treat our members with the utmost respect and attention. Always pay attention to detail. Do the extra little things that continue to make this club one of Vancouver’s finest.

**Daily duties include**:

- Locker room and washroom care
- Laundry duties
- Exterior of clubhouse and walkways
- On course washroom cleanliness
- Banquet/party set up and take down
- Re stocking of fridges and replenishment of kegs
- Garbage and recycling emptying
- Overall sanitation and daily care of the facilities
- Respectful interaction with members

**Looking for**:

- Hard working individual
- Can follow instructions
- Good time management
- Personable
- This position will be for Weekend Mornings and Weekend Evenings only (however there is an opportunity to pick up more hours through the week)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.65-$17.85 per hour
