**partnering with Metrolinx and Infrastructure Ontario to design, build and maintain the transformative**

**Finch West Light Rail Transit (LRT) system in the City of Toronto.**

**Position**:IT Co-Op***

**Reports to**: IT Support

**Role Location**:Toronto, ON***

**Summary of Position**:
Reporting to the IT Support, the IT Co-Op will assist with the diagnosis of general desktop support issues

**Responsibilities**:

- Must know how to prioritize issues.

customer issues and help correct software defects. Other duties include creating customer software
- manuals and project documentation.- Software and Hardware inventory control.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Requirements:
- Pursuing a post-secondary degree in one of the following areas: computer system technology, computer
- science, management information systems, software engineering, or a related business discipline.- Requires strong computer and internet research skills.
- Ability to travel
- Also calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to
- work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for figuring out how different software components work
- together.- Be able to easily work with abstract and highly technical concepts, as well as explain complex functionality

to non-technical users and staff.

**Working Conditions/ Physical Effort:
- Able to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Prolonged sedentary positioning.
- Walking, lifting, equipment operation, etc.
- Moderate physical activities.
- Ability to use stairs, ladders and climb over rough terrain.
- Primary work location is the Project site for Mosaic Transit Group
