Location: Lakefield, Ontario

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute general construction labor tasks, such as digging, lifting, carrying, and loading/unloading materials.
- Support the preparation of construction sites by clearing and removing debris.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with the construction team and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Uphold company policies and regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Labourer.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Capability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Valid driver's license is mandatory; some travel will be required.

**Salary**: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
