We are looking for a friendly and confident receptionist
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Answering calls and inquiries from clients, directing calls to the correct person.
- Assisting the admin team, preparing documents, data entry and maintaining data in CRMs.
- Assisting the financial team with invoicing and billing
- Booking business trips, airplanes, renting cars and tradeshows
- Assisting different departments with their documentation needs.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Assisting in meetings, preparing documents, ordering food.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Entering client data and maintaining current a information.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- DEC or Degree in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual in French and English is a requirement
- Experience in Microsoft
- Experiences in CRMS is a benefit.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
