**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking Labourers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our roofing and exterior team in completing various tasks. Some of your main responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the removal and installation of roofs, skylights, siding, custom aluminum flashing/cladding, and other exterior components
- Bringing heavy objects including but not limited to bundles of shingles up a ladder and onto the roof for the shinglers to keep shingling
- Preparing and cleaning job sites
- Operating and maintaining tools & equipment
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Providing support to other team members as needed

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in roofing or exterior construction is an asset but not mandatory if you’re eager and quick to learn
- Valid Working at Heights Certification
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy/odd objects above 50lbs
- Comfortable working at heights on sloped roofs
- Can use and work off of a ladder and carry bundles up a ladder
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Take direction well - be coachable
- Strong attention to detail

Training:
As an Apprentice, you will receive on-the-job training to learn the necessary skills and knowledge for this role. You will also have the opportunity to advance your career within our company as you gain experience and complete your training.

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
