**Job Summary**

The Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel is seeking a 2nd Cook to join our Food and Beverage Department.
- Must have knowledge and experience on line with hot and cold food preparation
- Experience in the preparation of cold food items including cold hors d'oeuvres, canapés, seafood displays, cold meet, fruit and cheese boards, salads, dressings and sandwich fillings and any other cold dishes required
- Decorate and garnish plates as well as salads and deli platters
- Ability to read and write the English language in order to read recipes and communicate with other employees
- Must be flexible to work any shifts
- Must be a team player who works well with others with ability to work unsupervised
- Good organizational skills
- Must have Foodsafe

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to $20.39 per hour

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: In person
