Supervisor (Nightshift)

**SUPERVISOR (Night Shift)**

Fisher Wavy is looking for a hard-working, self-motivated employee with a proven record of safety and reliability to fill the position of night shift Supervisor in Sudbury, Ontario. This is a full-time year-round position with rotating shifts, competitive wages and a benefits package.

**JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Must be capable of managing up to 15 employees
- Must be willing to be clean-shaven
- Must be willing to work safely and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Must be able to work independently and with management
- Must be able to work on Vale Property
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays when required

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:
**Education**:

- A high school diploma is an asset
- Valid G Drivers License is required
- Loader and Excavator Operator experience/certificate is an asset
- Valid AZ or DZ License is considered an asset

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in a supervisory/management position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including effectively communicating with internal and external customers
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes as dictated by the needs of our business
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion when provided with instructions
- Ability to work in a noisy, dusty and dirty work environment requiring the use of a respirator which must be worn in accordance with policies, procedures and Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines
- Ability to use computer programs including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
