Mica Heliskiing offers boutique helicopter skiing packages from a remote backcountry setting north of Revelstoke, British Columbia. A recognized leader in the global heliskiing industry, Mica is seeking a highly motivated, hardworking individual eager to break into the hospitality industry.

Each winter, guests from around the world choose Mica for their ultimate ski vacation. Offering a small and intimate format - maximum 20 guests - our culture of personalized customer service and continuous improvement sets us apart within our industry.

Primary Responsibilities:
1) Support kitchen staff with assigned prep tasks
2) Dishes and clean-up, pre/during and post-dinner service
3) Maintain a clean and safe dry storage area
4) Manage all garbage, compost, recycling and firewood requirements

**Responsibilities & Qualifications**:
1) You have a passion for hospitality and want to learn more about the industry.
2) You love to ski/board or spend time in the snowy outdoors.
3) You have your Food Safe Certificate.
4) You carry out tasks as directed with care and attention to detail. 5) You are well-groomed and have a professional mannerism.
6) You are able to lift and carry goods and small equipment.
7) You prefer and take pride in an organized, neat, clean environment and will work towards ensuring it is.
8) You are dedicated to reducing waste, recycling and composting.
9) You enjoy assisting other staff members.

**Salary/Wage**:
Day Rate plus Gratuities
